2021 Star Springs Ranch Sauvignon Blanc

Winemaker Notes: A bold departure from the expected, this wine made in the French style of Bordeaux Blanc, is both barrel fermented and barrel aged, yielding sweetness and vanilla coming from the oak barrels and creating a truly unique California Sauvignon Blanc.  This wine pairs well with chicken, fish and any number of appetizers and can be enjoyed on its own as it truly stands alone as a wine that can be enjoyed day or night with friends and family and will complement any gathering and enhance any experience.
